Entering the code: On my 1997 E320, I typed in the 5 digit code and then pressed the 'SC' button (over by the Seek and Tune buttons) to activate the code. The Dealer told me to use the 'OK' button, but my radio did not have one, I guess about the 'SC' button and that was correct on my radio. If you don't have your code you can try to call a dealership and give them the number on the back of your deck, however they are not suppose to give out the codes over the phone. I had to call around ten dealerships till I found one in Iowa city,Iowa that gave me the code over the phone.
